The Lunatics series blends urban fantasy, mythology, and coming-of-age adventure in a world where moonlight rewrites destiny and magic always demands a price.

5-Star reviews

“Ann Leonard’s Lunatics series has a mystical, lyrical quality that lingers after you close the books. Her writing feels dreamlike, weaving images that invite you into another world. It’s the kind of story that deepens the more you sit with it, leaving imagery that echoes long after you’ve closed the cover. There’s a haunting beauty to her storytelling, and the series clearly comes from a singular imagination.”

“A great follow-up to Hunter's Moon, this installment sees our heroine Raven learning more about the lives of the people around her and herself. A fun read that's hard to put down.”

Just finished this super cool YA fantasy! I love YA books for their strong undertones of positivity and perseverance, and this book didn’t disappoint. Not only is the premise incredibly creative and unique, but the world is also immersive, and the characters jump to life off the pages. I CANNOT WAIT to read book two.”

Every phase of the moon pulls her further from control.

And she’s running out of time.

This Is Just the Beginning

Book One is only the start of The Lunatics series.

The deeper Raven goes, the more dangerous the magic becomes.
